Dining Experience at Gyoza no Ohsho

I recently visited Gyoza no Ohsho and enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes. Here’s a recap of the experience.

Mapo Tofu

First, I tried the Mapo Tofu. It had a gentle flavor with a rich, savory taste, and the spiciness was mild, making it easy to enjoy. The generous portion made it satisfying as a standalone dish.

Ramen

Next, I ordered the light soy sauce ramen. Ohsho’s ramen is refreshingly simple and pairs well with the other dishes. The noodles had a nice firmness, and the toppings were plentiful.

Sugokara Chicken

I also tried the spicy Sugokara Chicken. It had just the right level of heat, adding a pleasant kick, perfect with a cold beer. The outside was crisp, while the inside remained tender and juicy.
