This is my third time visiting Saizeriya! Once again, I chose some of my favorite dishes and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Here’s what I had this time:
- Sausage Pizza
First up is the sausage pizza, loaded with juicy sausage slices. This time, I customized it a little by adding some vegetable paste on top. The rich flavors of the cheese and sausage were complemented perfectly by the vegetables, giving the pizza a fresh twist. The thin, crispy crust added an extra layer of enjoyment.
- Carbonara
Next, the classic Carbonara from Saizeriya. The creamy cheese sauce clings perfectly to the pasta, and when you break the soft-boiled egg over it, the creaminess intensifies. The rich, cheesy flavor is simply irresistible! A touch of black pepper adds a nice kick to balance out the richness.
- Milano-Style Doria
Finally, the Milano-Style Doria, a dish I’ve been enjoying since my middle school days. This nostalgic dish is always a special treat for me. The creamy sauce with melted cheese, topped with a golden-brown crust, is just incredible. I love pairing this rich creaminess with a glass of red wine.
Each dish was satisfying and filling, leaving me completely content! Now I’m already looking forward to my next meal at Saizeriya.
