Saizeriya never fails to deliver, and my recent visit reaffirmed why I love this restaurant. I enjoyed three amazing dishes: 小エビのサラダ, アラビアータ, and ディアボラ風チキン, each offering a unique flavor experience.
Starting with the 小エビのサラダ, Saizeriya’s signature dressing made this simple salad unforgettable. The sauce is rich and creamy with a perfectly balanced mix of saltiness, sweetness, and tang. There’s truly nothing like it anywhere else, and it complements the freshness of the shrimp and greens perfectly.
Next up was the アラビアータ. I personally enjoy adding the restaurant’s hot sauce to this dish, elevating the already flavorful sauce. The pasta itself is well-seasoned, with a subtle depth that might remind some of a stock-enhanced sauce. The beauty of the アラビアータ is in its versatility—you can adjust the heat and the amount of sauce with each bite, allowing for a dynamic dining experience.
Finally, I had the ディアボラ風チキン. This dish features a wonderful topping of crunchy leeks soaked in olive oil, which creates a delightful burst of flavor with every bite. The tender chicken, paired with the rich topping, is delicious on its own, but adding a splash of hot sauce takes it to another level of tastiness.
